        1、2018年国内环保风暴持续发酵、化企搬迁工作持续快速推进，石油化工行业持续提质升级等，多地陆续出台了多个涉及化工园区的环境、整顿、提升、搬迁等政策。这个政策对聚氨酯产业链的上下游也产生了不小的震荡，以前一些环保手续不全的下游企业，都面临着限期整改或者临时关停的处罚措施。

        2、2018年5月7日，历时两年之久的塑胶跑道国家强制性标准《中小学合成材料面层运动场地》，gb 36246-2018 （下文称作2018国标）在国家标准化管理委员会网站正式发布，新国标对tdi、mdi、hdi、moca等原料的物质含量做出更严格的要求。

        3、2019年-2021年，中国mdi产能（按母液统计）自329万吨/年扩产至459万吨/年，新增mdi产能130万吨/年。其中产能自180万吨/年扩产至260万吨/年，增加80万吨/年；产能自50万吨/年扩产至60万吨/年，增加10万吨/年；康乃尔新建40万吨/年mdi装置。

        4、上海聚氨酯有限公司计划，对位于上海化学工业区10万吨/年的mdi预聚体装置，通过技术改进、配套新建先进生产设备、改进添加剂溶剂等，使预聚体生产能力提升至20万吨/年。该项目计划于2019年6月开工建设，2020年1月建成投产，建设周期8个月。
